At House of Refuge Ministries Casper, our mission is to protect women and children from the effects of domestic violence by providing education, awareness through ongoing support, mentoring, and resources in our community for housing and shelter.

Founded in 2013, House of Refuge Ministries Casper has been an effective faith based ministry in helping women and children get free from domestic violence. learn new skills,   and become independent and free from abuse. 

Our Mission: To reach out to those who are affected by Domestic Violence to bring Hope and light into a dark place through the gospel of Christ.
